American Airlines Travelers
Contact the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at +1-800-433-1790 for assistance with reservations and ticket purchase. Our group authorization number is A54H8AG. This number entitles attendees to a 5% discount off the lowest published fares or a Zone fare, which is a “locked-in fare” by area of departure (customer’s choice).
Continental Airlines Travelers
Valid travel dates: Oct. 10-22, 2008. To book flight reservations online, go to http://www.continental.com and enter offer code: ZCZCCBVM2W in the offer code box when searching for flights. Those booking flight reservations through Carlson Wagonlit, use agreement code: CBVM2W and Z code: ZCZC. Those booking flight reservations from outside of the U.S. should call your local Continental Airlines Reservation Office.
The last day to register online is Oct. 5. If you miss the Oct. 5 deadline or if you’re planning to take advantage of One-Day, Expo-Only or Daily-Expo registration options, you may still register on site at the Dallas Convention Center. On-site registration will be open Tues., Oct. 14 through Fri., Oct. 17.
